Novi Siregar

Director, Cancrest Konsultan Pendidikan

Novi brings a distinctive blend of international hospitality training and firsthand experience living and working in the UAE to her role leading Cancrest Konsultan Pendidikan. A graduate of Cornell University's Hospitality Management program, Novi built her early career with globally respected brands including JW Marriott and Mövenpick Hotels, developing a strong foundation in client service, cultural adaptability, and operational excellence.

Her time working in Dubai including as an Executive Manager supporting Cancrest's UAE operations gave her direct insight into life, work, and study in the Emirates, an experience she now draws on to guide Indonesian students and families considering education pathways abroad.
Novi now leads Cancrest Konsultan Pendidikan, combining her international exposure with a genuine passion for helping students navigate their educational journeys with confidence.

Henny Crismeldia

Research Coordinator, Cancrest Konsultan Pendidikan

Henny brings a unique combination of legal training and research expertise to her role at Cancrest Konsultan Pendidikan. Currently pursuing her law degree, she draws on strong critical thinking and analytical skills to support the firm's work with precision and rigor.

As Research Coordinator, Henny blends legal insight with practical corporate understanding to develop data-driven, solution-oriented strategies. Her attention to detail and thoughtful approach help ensure that Cancrest's clients receive well-researched guidance tailored to their needs.

Dr. Wazeer "TJ" Jalal

International Advisor (GCC, North America, and Africa)

Dr. Wazeer “TJ” Jalal menghadirkan lebih dari 20 tahun keahlian di bidang pendidikan tinggi internasional ke dalam Cancrest Konsultan Pendidikan, sebagai penasihat yang mendukung strategi perusahaan untuk wilayah GCC, North America, dan Afrika.

Karier beliau merentang dari Amerika Utara hingga Timur Tengah, mulai dari peran kepemimpinan senior di sektor pendidikan Kanada hingga tugas advis di kawasan Teluk yang memberinya perspektif lintas benua mengenai mobilitas pelajar internasional dan pengembangan institusi.

Di Kanada, Dr. Jalal telah memimpin Ummah Consulting Inc. sejak tahun 2010 dan sebelumnya memegang posisi kepemimpinan senior di Computek College, Kawasan Toronto Raya, termasuk sebagai Wakil Presiden Eksekutif dan Wakil Presiden Bidang Kesuksesan Mahasiswa. Beliau kemudian memperluas kontribusinya ke GCC, North America, dan Afrika yang lebih luas, bekerja sama dengan berbagai universitas, perguruan tinggi, dan organisasi pendidikan di Kanada, UEA, Indonesia, Malaysia, dan Kenya untuk merumuskan strategi pendidikan internasional yang berkelanjutan.

Dr. Jalal holds an Executive MBA from Ivey Business School at Western University (Canada) and a Doctorate in Higher Education Leadership from Kennedy University, alongside a Master of Commerce from the University of Madras and a Bachelor of Commerce from Loyola College. He currently serves as an Executive Board Member of the Canadian Business Council, Dubai and Northern Emirates, and as GCC Ambassador for the Ivey Academy at Ivey Business School.
His advisory contribution to Cancrest centers on international partnerships, transnational education, and strategic guidance connecting Indonesian students and families with high-quality education pathways across North America and the Gulf region.
